On-site quote & design
We come out, measure up and design it with you — colours, post and beam spacing, all within the engineering.
Plans & council approval
We draw, engineer and lodge everything: site plan, engineering, Form 15 and the building approval.
Materials ordered
Once approved, the materials are ordered from Australian suppliers. This takes about 2–4 weeks.
The build
Materials never sit at your place longer than 14 working days. Weather can delay us; we keep you posted.

No imitation steel, ever. Every patio, carport and deck frame we build is genuine COLORBOND® and BlueScope steel, made in Australia and backed by the manufacturers' warranties. Insulated roofs are Superior Panel, frames and sheeting LYSAGHT®, and every build is engineered and certified for your site's wind rating.
Our suppliers
We use a few suppliers we have tested and worked with for years. Many installers stick to one, but each has different styles, warranties and lead times, so we offer several and let you choose.

- Timber-look steel posts, a wide colour range and DIY kits.
- Single skin roofs spanning up to 5.15 m and beams up to 10 m.

- Privacy screens, louvred slats and decking held in stock, for one delivery on a roofed deck.
